      Monthly bonus pay to all.

      Cons

      Poor management, constantly over your shoulder. Poor training. Poor benefit coverage. Dirty facility. Can't even follow/enforce their own rules, regarding organization and consistency, which was presented at New Hire Orientation.

      There really aren't any. This place is disorganized and chaotic. Anyone with real experience runs away as soon as they see how crazy it is

      Such a long list here. The levels of incompetence that I'd see on a daily basis was staggering. I got out of there as soon as I could.
