      Family owned since 1985, Chesapeake Controls is a company that takes care of their employees and their customers. They offer competitive salaries, outstanding benefits and a great place to learn and grow

      Great employee retention, this speaks to company morale and overall employee satisfaction and appreciation.

      Cons

      Sometimes there can be a heavy workload than the hired man power. However, it is a great job security for employees.
