I worked at Chessington World Of Adventures part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - free merlin attractions tickets - moderately good pay for younger people - sociable environment

    Cons

    - low pay if you become older - working hours not set and breaks/lunches not set times - depending where you're situated, the walk to the canteen may take 50% of your break up.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Chessington World Of Adventures full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Free tickets. As a team member you'll meet some people and make some friends as everyone's similar age at college etc.

    Cons

Awful pay, way way below other companies and no pay rises internally. You'll be massively understaffed and given no support. Honestly the place is run like some little fairground. Super dodgy. If you don't fit you'll be managed out. Hr is only there to protect the bully's on the senior leadership team and advise how to get away with treating staff unfairly.
