I have been working at Chevron full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Benefits are good, US centric culture - good if you like that sort of thing. Flexible working and high degree of integrity. Final salary pension and share scheme.

    Cons

Commercially unadventurous. Cyclical nature of the industry means reorganizations and potential divestment of the business unit will happen every 3-5 years.

    Advice to Management

Take risks and think about growth, especially in the Downstream.
