    Salaries and benefits are ridiculously good, annual pension contributions from company are fantastic

    Everything is over- engineered and processes complicated, difficult to remove poor performers

    Benefits are good, US centric culture - good if you like that sort of thing. Flexible working and high degree of integrity. Final salary pension and share scheme.

    Cons

    Commercially unadventurous. Cyclical nature of the industry means reorganizations and potential divestment of the business unit will happen every 3-5 years.

    Work life balance. Decent Pay, decent benefits in the long term.

    Cons

    Very slow and too much process. No impact, no creativity. Procurement at chevron is unfortunately a pure support function to Engineering who make all decisions
