    - Consistently well managed - Digitalising at a rapid rate - HR management processes improving (e.g. transitioning to a feedback rich culture) - Take diversity and inclusion seriously - Strong overall package of remuneration, with benefits including 9 day fortnight

    - Limited opportunities for progression in UK - Less opportunities for international work assignments - Progression on slow trajectory due to low employee attrition and flat organisation structure

    Benefits are good, US centric culture - good if you like that sort of thing. Flexible working and high degree of integrity. Final salary pension and share scheme.

    Cons

    Commercially unadventurous. Cyclical nature of the industry means reorganizations and potential divestment of the business unit will happen every 3-5 years.
