    Pros

I have been working at Chiltern since 2004. Chiltern has offered me a great work life balance and they have been a very flexible employer. I’m currently office based in the Slough, UK office but I have previously worked home based in the UK as well as working home based when I lived in the Netherlands. I think Chiltern is a great company to work for, it’s a friendly company and there are some great people working here.

    Cons

    Pros

Chiltern support my training needs and support me in progressing my career. Very flexible and understanding of work life balance as long as you as an employee are willing to work overtime as and when needed

    Cons

Salary and annual bonuses could be better. Now that Chiltern are becoming larger their benefits scheme should be a bit more rewarding to match Quintiles etc
