Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at China Eastern Airlines full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
If assigned an airport-operations position, (potential) employee will gain valuable experience with most facets of airline-airport operations. Administrative, call center and/or sales positions tend to be perfunctory for role(s).
Cons
Pressing need to establish better administrative/Human Resources protocols with regard to employer/employee relations and application of employee counsel. Important to consider cultural fit - an individual of Chinese, or other Asian ethnicity will likely fit in very well. For non-Asians: proceed with caution. You will likely be viewed (at least) as an 'inconvenience' (particularly if Mandarin skills are not possessed).
