Work life balance (Busy only for certain peak period, but not too frequent)

Cons

Wont get promo if u're no Chinese from China. Hard to get increment (need keep asking for an increment, and only review salary package every 2 year, like if you have an increment last, you are not entitled any increment in the next year)
