      Great for a short period of time but burnout sets in once you understand what's really going on.

      Pros

      An interesting culture that includes activities and perks. Pretty relaxed environment.

      Cons

      No real longterm vision. Some of the employees are overpaid and under-qualified but for one reason or the other the company continues to promote and encourage them. The business modal is a little spammy.

      Pros

      The entry level employees are very smart and motivated, the atmosphere is very relaxed (maybe too much), free dry cleaning, free lunch snacks etc......

      Cons

      Management can't get out of its own way. If you are used to being able to make any decisions or being treated like an adult this is not the place for you! There are often conflicting opinions and you are stuck in the middle. Things change quickly and without warning. May even be "spoken to" for not showing enough enthusiasm or sitting at the lunch tables designed for 3rd graders. The good news; if you like spending a lot of your time playing ping pong you will love it here.

      Perks as everyone has mentioned.

      Cons

      - Pay below market - Structure is so spammy.. sorry, it's hard to take someone that looks like he can careless about the project seriously. And the fact that they are young and inexperienced.. just because they've been there for mroe than 3 years and buy into the culture does NOT mean you should keep promoting them. - The place is a mess - Definitely clicky and buy into favoritism - Workers couldn't perform the same job anywhere else for the life of them.. the culture here is so laidback to the point where there is no structure. A lot of deadweights that feels a game of pingpong is much more important than business.
