      - Understanding management - Strong work ethic - Very systematic - Growth driven - Data backed strategies - Supportive and collaborative - They train you hands-on - Appraisals are based on performance - Very inclusive and accepting - Result oriented - Care about employee's mental health and overall wellbeing - WFH available - Young team and young senior management - Mrunali and KP are brilliant mentors - Very Diverse, women are in every leading position and has queer team members too - Regular feedback and performance scoring is done in the CS and BD team - Brilliant brands to work with - Great team culture - If you wish to grow, this is the place for you!

      - Minimal benefits i.e no insurance, no laptop or system provided - Comp offs are not available even if you work on weekends - Very limited team-building activities - Mostly it is work and very less play - Office is relatively small and is not at all fancy in any way
