I have been working at Cigna full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Experience working within a global organisation.

    Cons

Genuinely the worst company I have ever worked for. Would expect them to be at the forefront and set the bar high when it comes to health and wellbeing. Staff asked to use annual leave when going in for surgery. Expected to work 15 hours without thanks. Several hundred staff made redundant pre-COVID. This is a health company, profiting billions each year, but staff some of the last to get working from home set up during COVID 19.
