      Fair salary, good HR support, good working environment in general, moderate pressure, flexible hours, good mid managers

      Cons

      Achievers, pro-active engineers are not welcome by upper managers: what should be considered as an added value is actually treated like a major disrupting issue; basically upper managers expect people to "walk in the pack" without making proposals or striving to improve their performance and visibility. Definitely not the right place for ambitious R&D guys.

      Favoritism, Nepotism (University brotherhood), Incompetent (UK only) management, Poor efficiency at delivering products Key to rising up the ladder is to find a contractor to do your job
