    You get to meet people from a variety of backgrounds, you are challenged to really push yourself to offer a quality service, the staff at CA are all amazing people with a wealth of knowledge to offer.

    Cons

    Can be stressful at times and your hard work may not always be appreciated by clients, this comes with the territory in a position like this however.

    Good working atmosphere. Lots of opportunities to learn. Compassionate management team. Your voice is heard and respected.

    Little opportunity for career progression. Work can be become repetitive based upon the nature of the contract determined by the funder.
