Its is the only company, I seen who does not believe on Academic marks and aptitude knowledge for recruiting. If you have strong programming knowledge, then you have a place in Citrisys Solutions. Friendly environment. New thoughts are welcomed.
Cons
Your hike will be based on the project income, you had worked. You wont get comp-off, if you work on Saturday or Sunday except the lunch.
