I have been working at Civica full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There’s a genuine desire to look after people. In every company there are tough decisions to make but I can see that civica really cares about the people that work there and works very hard to do the right thing. Great people initiatives - strong community involvement, fantastic L&D programme, regular communications, Praise recognition. It is a very good place to work. Absolutely no regrets about joining here.

    Cons

The company is growing and there will be challenges with that and some investment is needed in systems and processes to support the growth in order to support as it moves into a bigger company set up. But the leadership teams are very conscious about keeping the culture intact which I think is important.

    Advice to Management

Keep people and customers at the heart.

I have been working at Civica part-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I've worked at Civica for a number of years and a few things really stand out for me: the culture is second to none (you will never meet a better group of people to work with), the learning and development is excellent- there is something for everyone- technical, leadership, soft skills training and health and well- being to name a few ; the leadership team keep us up to date with the wider business plans and are approachable. The worklife balance at Civica is great also.

    Cons

Civica is a business that never stays still for long, so you need to embrace change!

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing!
