I have been working at Civica full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I've been working for Civica for just over three years now. In that time I have been promoted to a team lead.

Civica helps to ensure there is a good work/life balance by providing flexibility in hours and the ability to work from home when required.

The provide time during the working week for team lunches so we can relax and get to know each other.

They provide on the job training and personal development during the working week. This does not eat into your personal time at all.

    Cons

So far, I have nothing bad to say about Civica.

    Advice to Management

Keep it up, keep us informed!
