    The huge growth of the Company means lots of exciting opportunities for employees who want to progress their careers.

    Cons

    Great garden area - love the parties but the building need a bit of TLC

    Pros

    Brilliant atmosphere, and fantastic team spirit - would highly recommend working here.

    Cons

    Needs more collaboration and networking between businesses - while everyone is great, I think teams would benefit from more structured sessions with their peers. Monthly/quarterly functions meetings at middle management to enable people to maximise skills across the company.

    Lots of work with no reward

    Advice to Management

    Have an M.D. at Imago who isn’t just about bringing his mates. Very arrogant.

    Good commission and fun environment to work in.

    Pay is not great on basics etc but do receive additional benefits such as birthday off

    Increase pay to be inline with rest of the market
