Steer clear of this company! They lure you in with promises of industry industry-standard package to a ₹10,000/month job after a brutal interview process, but it's a trap. They're not upfront about working Saturdays(Early Days), and their micromanagement is insane – they track every single keystroke, not for security, but to police 'productive' hours. What's worse, their internal hierarchy board shows people working there for years earning less than ₹3 LPA, a far cry from the 'industry standard package' they falsely advertise. The tech stack is completely proprietary, so you'll be stifling your career and limiting your future options. There's a reason they don't have bonds – it's a quicksand company designed to manipulate and exploit. If you're interviewing, run. If you're working there, start looking for your escape now.

Work/life balance? All those benefits are illusion. They keep you at work and make you to work late nights! They will make you to work hard by saying that "The longer you are in ClaySys, the higher your chances of getting house from ClaySys. This is a scam! All of a sudden, they will tell you that they don't have any plan for now - Its kind of cheating! I have seen way too many of the following: choosing work and projects over family, colleagues getting physically sick and ill because of stress, colleagues crying while at work because of the stress, colleagues shooting out emails at midnight, 1am, 2am, 3am. It is absolutely ridiculous and something needs to change. They conduct a management meeting to complain about colleagues called "Complain meeting". This company has lost a lot of good colleagues due to internal politics.
