      Access to Employee Resource Groups like the Gender Equity Network, and Multicultural Committee. Hybrid work environment. Three days in office, two days from home. Competitive pay. Flexible work week for some positions, including working 9's and getting every other Friday off.

      It's can be difficult to move up in your role without transferring to a different department.
