Pros

Really positive and friendly culture — people genuinely care and support each other. Good work–life balance with flexibility when needed. Management is approachable and open to feedback. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow, especially if you show initiative. The company really lives its values around being people-focused. International environment means you get to work with colleagues and clients from different backgrounds. You feel like your work actually makes a difference — helping people find roles they can thrive in is rewarding. Recognition for hard work; achievements don’t go unnoticed.

Cons

Can be fast-paced at times (typical for the recruitment industry). Some processes are still developing as the company continues to grow.

Pros

Purpose-driven work You help companies hire more fairly and intelligently — using science and soft skills to improve people’s lives at work. Impact from day one Flat hierarchy, lots of ownership. Your ideas matter, and you’ll see the direct results of your work. International growth journey Clevry is scaling across Europe and beyond — especially in the Nordics and UK. It’s a chance to be part of building something global. Flexibility and autonomy Hybrid/remote-friendly, outcome-oriented — we focus on results, not micromanagement. Deep expertise meets product innovation You work alongside psychologists, developers, and sales experts to deliver a unique blend of SaaS and consultancy. Opportunity to grow Roles are evolving, and people who take initiative can shape their own path as the company scales.

Cons

Fast-changing environment As a scaling company, priorities can shift quickly. This requires adaptability and a tolerance for ambiguity. Limited structure in some areas Not all processes are fully established. You may need to build things as you go — great for self-starters, less ideal for those who prefer clear guidelines from day one. International collaboration challenges Working across markets (e.g., Nordics, UK, and beyond) can bring timezone friction or communication complexity.

Pros

- International team with high ambitions, good and smart people - Strong product and a lot of focus on developing it - Megatrends supporting the vision --> high growth potential in the future

Cons

- Striving to become a leader in the space means that people need to perform which at times creates painful situations - The whole company was reorganized during the last 2 years to better match the vision and the future focus of the business. Reorgs are never much fun, happy it's over.
