Pros
Some good people, some good products. Nice office, benefits pretty good. Flexibility depends on your role and your boss.
Cons
Senior management believes their own fiction. Making a powerpoint about the product is easy, making it actually work is not. They want to believe all the company acquisitions they made fit together in some logical way (in terms of products and organization) - it just isn't so.
