Pros
- Fully remote company - Yearly stipend for buying hardware related to work (headphones, laptops, etc.) - Great benefits - Linux friendly environment :) - Expectation is 40 hours/week, never expected to work off hours or weekends
Cons
- Fully remote can have some drawbacks, especially when it comes to team communication - Sometimes it can be harder to schedule meetings with multiple people because of timezone differences - Company doesn't supply work computers, so its bring-your-own-computer
