      Pros

      - People are generally nice and always willing to help - Team is very creative and get a lot of fun projects - Clients love the work we do and constantly giving us more because they trust us

      Cons

      - High pressure and the expectation is to overwork. The company is growing quickly and not hiring enough to keep up with the work, plus there is also a high turnover which makes the workload even harder to deal with - Managers and higher-ups' words do not always match their actions when it comes to supporting employees through high pressure situations - While everyone is nice, no one really makes an effort to socialize as there is too much work happening all the time for you to do anything other than work 8+ hours straight everyday

      High-school like environment, throwing people under the bus attitude, expect to have no life, you're supposed to work overtime at all times and not even get a thank you.

      We are sorry that you had a negative experience with us. At CloudRaker, we strive to foster an environment where work/life balance is a priority, great work is recognized and where everyone respects one another. We did experience growing pains in the last few months and we worked hard to resolve this as fast as we could. It also seems that you came into our organization when overtime was asked to deliver the work. It is true that some of our employees and specific teams may experience overtime for a period of time to support the roadmap of our clients, but this time can always be recuperated in the following days or weeks. Thank you for your advice about our managers, we will use this comment to continue to improve.
