Great place to get your feet wet in sales

Cons

Since their current CRO came in, things started to go downhill: accounts were neglected, tools that were used to increase productivity were discarded, commissions got all weird. People are either getting fired or leaving on their own and the ones that remain are looking for a job. Avoid at all costs!

None, Tony Dicks doesn't know how to do his job and will fire SDRs or put Managers on the phones because he says that Latin American are not fit to become mangers

Cons

Tony Dicks will fire you for anything, and will make you sign a non-disclosure agreement so he can sue you in the State of Florida
