I have been working at Cloudreach

    Pros

Switched on, friendly people. If you want to grow as a professional and learn every day, this is the place for you. Lots of opportunities, perks and general niceness. Couldn't recommend it enough.

    Cons

Only the challenges of a fast growing company, but that's part of the fun!

    Global Head of People Operations

Thank you for your feedback! We talk about growth all the time and recruitment is always at the forefront of everyones minds, but getting it right is in fact our biggest challenge. Recruitment is not easy that is for sure, and growing successfully can only be done if we continue to listen to our employees keep their best interest at the core of our business.

I have been working at Cloudreach full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - flexibility - great culture - opportunity to bring in ideas and experience (your voice is heard). There is a lot of room for opinions to grow teams. -for the right person there are a lot of opportunity for growth

    Cons

-Growing at a rapid pace so there are a lot of growing pains that come with that - Restructuring happened recently so there was a layoff which is normal for most businesses.

I worked at Cloudreach full-time for more than a year

    Pros

-there are locations all over the world (beautiful offices in london & scotland) -the sales kickoff is in a fun international location -benefits are ok, but compensation is awful

    Cons

-there is no direction for you in your role, or for where the company is going -there are negative fun things about this company. Such a bad work environment it was very toxic to be around the office, and that's why nobody ever came in! -I arrived at CR during the acquisition, and from then on things went down hill. Upper mgmt had horrible guidance (if any) and all the best talent started to leave; all the best sales folks and a large portion of our best SA's -Evidently Cloudreach realized their team was beyond lackluster because the entire C-suite and upper level have been replaced. -This is truly the worst company I have ever worked for, and I strongly advise against joining this team.

I have been working at Cloudreach full-time for less than a year

    Pros

You get the opportunity to work with very smart and talented people that are willing to go the extra mile to get things done.

    Cons

I cannot think of any at this time.

I worked at Cloudreach full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Seemingly transparent goals shared regularly. Trying hard to put structure in place.

    Cons

Several ‘leaders’ are far from just that and put on a very different front when in front of the company and the CEO. Expect constant changes to your role and compensation measurement; you’ll never know what to expect. Layers upon layers of management with few do actually do the work; burning good people out.

    Cloudreach Response

Thank you for your feedback. I hope you reached out to your manager or employee engagement lead as we have great initiatives in place that could have helped with your concerns. We are focussing heavily on leadership training and development, to name a few initiatives: 55 leaders have gone through our development programmes over the last 18 months. This is a huge investment in our leadership population and something we are committed to carrying on with in the future. We are currently planning a revamped offering which will feed directly into our new Leadership Principles. This will continue to cover topics such as self awareness, emotional intelligence, coaching and engagement - vital skills for all leaders in any organisation. Our Leadership Principles means that all leaders (and everyone in Cloudreach) have a standard to which they can be fairly measured (and held accountable). This is a great new addition and ensure managers know what they need to do to be outstanding leaders. As mentioned before our revamped programmes will align directly to these principles to ensure we are hitting the mark for everyone., We also realise that not everyone wants to attend a programme and may just need a quick bit of advise on the spot. This is why we are working really hard to ensure there are resources for everyone at all times to help our leaders. Finally, we know that we like to do things differently at Cloudreach (it's what makes us great!) but we want to make sure out leaders are equipped and well versed in all of the processes that we have in place. We have therefore created a playbook for all new and existing leaders at Cloudreach. This details everything a leader needs to know to lead the cloudy way!

    Pros

Awesome people to work with. Very interesting work and on the cutting edge of technology. Cloudreach is the place to be if you are in tech or have an interest in cloud technology. They integrate an awesome work environment and start-up feel while working with established clients in the corporate world. They are pioneers and would recommend this company to anyone.

    Cons

None that I can think of.

I have been working at Cloudreach full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Awesome culture! It is rare to see a company truly take a people-first approach to their business, but Cloudreach delivers! Leadership is top notch. Truly a "team" mentality here. I can't say enough good things about this company.

    Cons

Incredible growth in a short period of time which has caused some growing pains with our processes . However the plan is in place to improve it and I'm confident we'll get there.
