The manager/owner/boss is one person, who doesn't care about anyone but himself. Lack of management skills, also "boss" has no social skills. He will flip out on anyone at any second. He fires for the smallest reasons, has favorites and blames everything on his entertainers, even when he or the office clearly made a mistake. He will tell you all about how "money is tight." It is unprofessional. He is creepy to the female clowns. He only hires WHITE entertainers. He will tell you to LIE to customers. He'll charge you for his supplies. No one in his office is remotely qualified to be doing sales, they just train them to harass people until they book their party, Most of all, he uses rabbits for his "magic show". They get treated worse than the entertainers.

The office will mess up again and again with schedule and all the stress will land on the entertainers. The boss/owner will ask you why you didn’t cut a party short to get to the next one that was scheduled at a time that was impossible to get to in the time window. Like, we’re ending a party in NJ at 4:30...how do I get to Staten Island by 4:45? Crazy stuff. They do not have any diversity and use poor rabbits ALL DAY. I got reprimanded by a few of my partners for FEEDING THE RABBITS and giving them water, cuz rabbits are alive and they pee and poop and are in a small cage all day.. it was disgusting and inhumane and I don’t see how anyone would agree to do that. This job was something I did out of desperation.
