    very good staff deals on holidays, relaxed office

    Cons

    This is not a sales job as described it is more an ordering service, older staff monopolise the trade agents so new staff don't earn much commission, clueless management.

    make the commission structure fair, get rid of terrible senior management

    You can go on holiday to the resorts for £4 a night once a permanent member of staff

    Cons

    Terrible commercial decisions Awful backstabbing No people skills No care of staff, particularly sales staff No care of clients - whatever it takes to get the money in even though it's supposed to be a 'premium' brand

    It seems to work well in France and the US so maybe the UK needs to take more lessons from their head office

    Get some managers qualified and stop hiring people with no management experience, try to wonder why you have a high turn over of staff

    lots of fun and interesting people and social atmosphere, good opportunities to travel to many places if you are correctly placed,

    Cons

    Long hours and forced to work overtime, bad pay, terrible management, hierarchical structure where many junior staff with great ideas are completely ignored because someone senior doesn't like them for personal reasons

    get rid of some of the old-school managers Move into the 21st century
