    Decent pay for my age (21).

    Cons

    With the stores being so small they are over reliant on you. Made to feel overly guilty about taking a sick day and finding cover is always a nightmare due to there being so few members of staff. At my store I've found that we always seem to be understaffed but they rarely every take anyone on for example if two people leave then one person might be taken on but this will take ages, putting a lot of pressure on everyone.
