      Pros

      There are so many pro's: good pension, company share scheme, and loads of others. The pro I want to focus on is also a negative: CCEP gives freedom and autonomy to managers to manage their teams as they see fit.

      Cons

      Because of the autonomy CCEP gives to their managers, your way of working will greatly depend on your manager. Example if your manager is someone that wants to be in the office all the time and likes the office environment, you will probably be in the office more often than not. If your manager is someone that doesn't care as much then you're lucky you can be in the office whenever it suits you and not whenever it suits your manager. (even though you're in the same function - if your direct manager likes being in the office your presence in the office will be vastly greater than your larger team) Compensation lacks a bit. Especially with the way inflation is going.
