Pros
Usual pain points of international matrix organizations (politics, silos) but overall a good company to work for. Fair salaries, fair benefits. Some challenges with career pathways. Efforts are being accelerated to create an inclusive and diverse culture.
Cons
Usual pitfalls of international matrix organizations. Some politics, silos, competition priorities

Pros
Great talented people in the business but their talents are wasted.
Cons
Favouritism - usually to the people who suck up to their manager/senior. If you’re happy to just go along taking orders from your boss then you’ll be fine but if you have a personality or opinion forget it! No progression - they bang on and on about progression when in reality there is non! You’ll go for jobs (if your numbers are good) and 9/10 someone else has been told to go for it (the favourite) and your just making up the numbers. You will probably be waiting 4-5 years but you’ll have to maintain a very high level of numbers or just forget it. Unorganised - very unorganised they’ll announce something and then a week later make a total U turn. Seniors make the decisions but are totally out of touch with the reality of the job. Bonus - impossible to get unless you’re happy to work over your hours and do late nights. You feel like a number - they want people who they can mould people who don’t have options and are yes men. Making for a very robotic feeling sales force. If you have previous experience they don’t care!! Micromanagement - the management culture is micromanagement and it’s awful.

Pros
Coca-Cola was one of the best companies I’ve worked for. - Great Culture - Great People - Invests in their people and development - Makes work fun while also keeping everyone accountable for hitting KPI’s - Decent work/life balance
Cons
Two cons - The culture was impacted once Coca-Cola Amatil became EuroPacific. It felt like we weren’t people and felt more like we were just a number - Pay doesn’t compare to other companies - Although great on development and building capabilities, not many career progression opportunities

Pros
Great environment to develop with autonomy to make a difference. Progressive culture of change and flexibility to meet challenging conditions. Real drive to ensure inclusivity at all levels and recruit top talent.
Cons
Change agenda can be complex, and requires simplification at times. Challenging environment, but the approach of being part of a solution then wait for a solution to tackle issues is a refreshing one.

Pros
No pros. Incompetent management. No employee culture. Progression is non existent as was always told your aiming too high. Company policies are old fashioned.
Cons
I joined CCEP in September of 2021 and left by February 2022. Not a place for young workers as the company is very old fashioned with a horrible ethos/mindset. I had a very unfortunate traumatic incident when out visiting clients, which the company dealt with extremely poorly. There was no support whatsoever, I got victim blamed by management and had inappropriate comments made to me on more than one occasion. For a company who still sends their employees out into the public in sometimes less than safe areas, there needs to be more support and safeguarding. It got the point my manager ended up bullying me and singling me out in the team because I wasn’t happy with the way the incident was dealt with. I was told “it’s part of the job, if you don’t like it then leave” It is very disconnected, in the sense as different ‘departments’ have little to no effective communication, meaning issues are never solved. No diversity, in fact, they have only just brought in a pathetic excuse of a support network, I expect due to having very little diversity in the workforce. I was one of a handful of anyone from an ethnically diverse background. Not only this, they do not support carers, and was on multiple occasions not allowed to take the same kind of leave as parents were offered due to me being a carer to a sibling and not an offspring. Being one of the most well known brands in the world, I expected more. I would not recommend anyone who wants to excel in their career or who thinks company culture is important to work here.

Pros
Talented people where many have a growth mindset. A real focus is on building an Inclusive culture so that a diverse workforce can thrive. They are focused on continuous improvement. The Planning & Commercialisation team are undergoing significant change that will undoubtedly create a brighter future. A great place to work!
Cons
The change agenda is fast - but that’s reflective of the market we’re operating in. The Technology platforms are not always what they need to be - but there is a huge investment programme underway.

Pros
Fantastic management team. Only the old school people moan but they are far too set in their ways and have had it too easy. Grass is not greener on the otherside. CCEP look after their people. Do more than the average firm but people always remember bad stuff, Fair wage, bonus scheme and share scheme. Do things for local functions, schools. Generally i am pretty proud to work there. Always room for improvements though. New people being introduced so shortage of skills however its bringing a better culture for standards and performance. A needed kick up the backside.
Cons
Constantly changing so not great stability for skills mix. Manufacturing now too lean so expectations are a little too high.
