- 1.021 Sept 2019IT Senior ManagerCurrent Employee, more than 1 yearMadrid
Pros
Free drinks but too much waste of plastic Salary is ok compared to what you can have anywhere else Some flexibility depending on your manager Nice offices
Cons
No training plans. It is very difficult to get a useful course. Very poor management with a very old mindset. There are many people who have only worked at this company for over 20 years and their view is very narrow. Some bossy managers who never say please or thank you. They don't value you. Low skills at the management level. No collaboration between teams. HR department is useless. They are never able to help you. Compensation is quite different depending on where you are based. Too many meetings culture and no real work. No real Digital Transformation. The projects last for years and you get stuck without progressing. Some people working here think this is The Coca-Cola Company but it is just a bottler.

- 3.07 Jan 2018H R AdministratorCurrent EmployeeUxbridge, England
Pros
Amazing brand company, great value for your CV and career path Free drinks Nice people to work with offices in Uxbridge are news, nice and well located (2min by walk from tube station) Great benefits Salary is good enough for the job you're doing New job opportunities available, depending on the area you're interested in
Cons
Teams do not seem to be "social" together and involve their employees in team building activities HR department is too much about online work - so less social contact... Reviewing the organisation in HR, so the structure is "rebuilding"... most of the people in the team are new-ish, and there are no relevant trainings from the team leader to help the new people to assimilate the knowledge to perform correctly. Employees still need to rely too much on the team leaders if there are issues, which can slow down the workload.

Pros
Good salary; a lot of room for improvement of practices - an opportunity for fire fighters/problem solvers by nature
Cons
Lack of reliable systems to enable good quality work; respect to work-life balance is only formal; total absence of HR support - bias in assessment; corporate values remain on paper only
