      Really good engineers, wrong direction

      Pros

      It used to have one of the best engineering teams that I've worked with. The salary is nice, and the people are friendly.

      Cons

      The C-level team moves in the wrong direction. Even with the senior engineers point to a good direction.

      Pros

      -Nice office with plenty of light.

      Cons

      - Lack of values and transparency from CEO. - When the Software Engineer position was eliminated, someone on Paternity Leave was fired, while the other engineers at same level position were moved into different position. - It seems unreal that in 2023, especially in New York City, such layoffs are occurring. The diversity of the company before and after the layoffs is like day and night.
