This is a Toxic work environment. They don’t really train you. They are very misleading they make it seem as if the work culture is flexible when it is not at all so please do not be fooled. This is not a place for anyone looking to excel career wise so I would suggest you look the other way. The CEO is rude and not personable … he actually says one thing and does another so very misleading. The culture here is horrible! The CMO was constantly asking me to check over his work when I had a workload of my own to do. They fired the BA after a month when he did NOTHING wrong and expected me to do his work and my own. I wouldn’t recommend to join this organization at all. Very unprofessional!

Most importantly, your opinion will never matter. The CEO and CMO are funny characters and I wouldn't trust a word they say. They constantly say one thing and do another. Notice the time frames between active reviews on glass door and you'll figure out that the early reviews were upper management. Also, there is no growth opportunities in the company. 2nd, Codesmith is a revolving door. There's been multiple people fired and many have contributed greatly to the companies growth and expectations. You're expendable. 3rd, you must use your own computer. They say they'll give you $500 but that's after 45 days of employment so you might as well just use your current system. As with the other reviews, there's a "their way or the highway" mentality. Nobody, absolutely nobody, loves working there so don't be fooled. The unlimited time off they offer is pretty limited since you'll have too much on your plate to take off anyway. Add the fact they refuse to grow in areas to actually support you which would help relieve the workload. They'll move you through the hiring process quickly to get you locked in. Hopefully, this review will save someone from making a huge mistake.
