Opportunity to work with a highly intelligent, driven team and leadership who will push you to perform at a very high level. Everyone at the company owns a critical part of the product, business or both. The company is excellent at engineering design, analysis, rapid prototyping and testing. Highly recommend for engineers or hands on technical people looking to be part of building a great solar product.
Cons
Don't expect to start slow or receive much training at Cogenra. You'll join and be expected to contribute quickly and significantly. Work-life balance will be your responsibility.
