Zero employee recognition, subpar wages, subpar benefits, only abides by policies when it suits their immediate need/no consistency, no room for advancement, no raises - merit or otherwise, no bonuses in the last three years, company continues to aim low and promote their few accomplishments when hitting their low targets - blames industry and not management when targets are not reached.
