      -Healthy Aging dept -Food bank services -Health insurance navigation and financial support for clients -Caring staff (not execs)

      Cons

      -Executive leadership is incompetent, inaccessible, and unwilling to address staff concerns -Frivolous spending on everything except staff salaries and client services -Lack of security around and inside company buildings has been an unaddressed concern for years

      Pros

      You will meet some great clients and it's clear that some employees really are passionate about the work they do.

      Cons

      The passion will be sucked out of anyone who stays too long. Most people only last a year. Executives heads are in the clouds and dont think about clients or employees. They will belittle you if you speak up about it. HR has one good person in it and the head of HR is a bully.

      Amazing mentors, culture, and growth opportunities

      Cons

      Expectations of doing more than you’re supposed to, it’s always “not my job”, and even though their mission says they do what’s best for their clients, they prefer to keep staff overwhelmed, overworked, underpaid, and keep people who aren’t great.
