Pros
It's a busy and exciting place to work, we have some amazing clients and if you want to be at the heart of the action in the music world, this is it. There's only 25 full time employees so you can pitch ideas straight to a decision maker and if they're good, they'll be implemented. You can kind of carve your own role around your own passions and what you're good at.
Cons
The company was formed in the days of rave and is the anti-corporate corporate - they don't like bureaucracy for the sake of bureaucracy but this means some systems have grown organically and could do with tightening up. Room for improvement.
