      Pros

      100% work from home is such a helpful (and honestly non-negotiable) in a country where traffic and rush hours are a nightmare. Having the ability to avoid these things - especially during extreme heat and rain - allows me to channel my energy and focus on what really matters: career, family, and self.

      Learning is not stagnant. There are trainings or workshops to update our knowledge from time to time.

      There are quotas but they are manageable.
