    I worked at Compass Minerals full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    As a corporation they are trying to grow the business and bring all sites together for similar practices across the company.

    Cons

    The management at certain sites does not follow the stated core principles. There is no transparency and all actions seem to be very secretive, this shows very little respect to its employees. It seems the corporate office has no idea what actually happens at the sites, which will continue to hurt the company. Also benefits should be much better for a company of this size.
