I have been working at Computacenter full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    - Trusted and empowered in your role - Flat management structure meaning it is easy to be on first name terms with senior execs - good salary enhancements if you demonstrate the right behaviours and work hard - opportunity to work with some of the largest companies globally - great people, always willing to help - strong work from home culture. Don’t have management constantly checking over your shoulder

    Cons

    - HQ could do with a refurb, although this has recently started with the restaurant area - slightly behind on investment in capabilities when compared with some players in the market - benefits could be better

    No Opinion of CEO

I have been working at Computacenter full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    * Great colleagues in PS * Good money if you know how to play the game * Good opportunities provided you have a comprehensive internal network

    Cons

Culture has changed for the worse especially in professional services which is run by an exceptionally weak and invisible individual. One questions how this person is still employed given how exceptionally poor moral is. Far to many layers of management due to the inception of 'practice leads' who are financially incentivised to utilise resources as much as possible over anything else. Poor performance and bullying is rampant and not dealt with.

I worked at Computacenter full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Some of the people you work with are nice genuine people

    Cons

Most of the management and senior management are all in it for themselves, they do not care how their staff and teams are unless it has a negative affect on work

I worked at Computacenter full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Big company with big customers - exposure to them will get you great experience.

    Cons

Staff were involved in the dream before the influx of middle managers diluted their drive and desire to make a difference. Small minded junior managers more concerned you'll take their job than actually looking after customers or their teams. Paying average wages for average recruits ensures average achievement at best.
