I worked at Conagra Brands full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Encourages open communication, team work, and innovation

    Cons

Felt boring at times where I wasn’t given any work. Got in trouble for asking for help among other really petty things. People were working constantly, the culture of my specific department vs the rest of the company felt different.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Conagra Brands full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Pay, very easy not labor intensive work. They are unionized however ucfw does very little for the workers. They give in and up way to easy. The union stewards have rarely back up the members

    Cons

This company does not care about their employees. You can expect to work 12 hour shifts many times during the week. Also they work employees 6 and 7 days a week. Which is awesome if you want to waste your life working every day. With only one day off a month. They dont care or understand. That when they run like that employees call in more frequently. Because they get worse out. And lack seeing their family. Conagra only cares that employees make them money.
