The team at Condatis are superb! Everyone from the developers up to senior management and c-level are incredibly welcoming, friendly, helpful and genuinely look after each other. There is so much transparency in the company, whether it's financial figures, structural changes or simply celebrating team members for their professional and personal achievements. Condatis really put in a lot of effort into developing their teams and helping people progress in their careers, myself included. Their response to COVID-19 was almost instant even before the government provided guidance. Mental health, inclusivity, and diversity are important to the company, and a number of people in the company from all levels have been given the opportunity to drive this forward which is fantastic.
Cons
Although the pay is great, the benefits package could do with a bit of work; in particular pension and paying for overtime work for those staff members who may not be billable to clients.
