Pros

I learned so much in my time at Conservice, and they really worked with my school schedule. I also really enjoyed a lot of the people I worked with. It was also nice to have the opportunity to work from home depending on your situation.

Cons

There were constant reorganizations in the billing department. I think I was on 5+ different teams over the last couple years of my employment. Things went downhill when the CEO changed. They raised the floor for performance-based bonuses, and then told us it wouldn’t affect what we earned each month as if we didn’t do math for a living and wouldn’t notice our bonuses were literally halved. And they tried to change the role from data-entry and overflow help to instead managing our own portfolios and therefore limiting the time and any leftover ability to earn bonuses. When I gave my notice, my manager didn’t even respond, so I returned my equipment and never looked back.

Pros

Some positions offer flexible work hours.

Cons

Pay is on the low side of the market; they advertise flexible work hours, but not all positions provide this opportunity. Some positions end up doing the job of multiple departments when they shouldn't need to.

Pros

My team is great!! Leadership seems to care and the benefits are really good. It is a good work environment as far as remote work goes.

Cons

I think the weekly one-on-one is a bit much. I don't feel like the team leaders get allot of support from above. The pay is very low for the work we do. Communication from upper management is very lacking. I feel like they are trying to get rid of remote positions. All of the new job openings are hybrid positions not remote anymore. There is little room for advancement for remote workers.
