You do not get any appraisals, promotion or a raise until you ask for it. There is no transparency here. They have been deleting many honest reviews, so this just goes to show that they cannot accept the fact that employees are actually unhappy and not doing anything about it.

CEO&COO ran the business. The COO is the reason the previous MD left, followed by more than 5 heads left in just 9 months. As (self) proclaimed below, "good working culture", go try it. Salary wise, you get higher if your previous salary is high, don't bother to pitch to the HR how you can help them. You're a replacement, after all.
