    Lots of good people.

    Cons

    Terrible senior leadership. Bad and costly business decisions being made. constant pressure to save $$ with little concern for erosion of quality of products. Very top down culture.

    large company, great benefits, work in diverse environment

    Cons

    last 4 years of changes were very disruptive, many people who stood up to the standards and right thing to do have been removed; anyone who has any previous knowledge and expertise is gone or has been removed

    New CEO is divisive. Culture has deteriorated under his leadership.

    Good compensation package with a bar w/happy hour within the office.

    You will be just a number, with very poor senior and middle management.

    I worked at Constellation Brands full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Best in class marketing and a majority of the business units have an engaging culture. Senior management has had a genuine intention of continuous improvement which has served them well based on current stock price.

    Cons

    Decentralized approach concerning expectations with a centralized approach on results. Senior Management would benefit from spending more time and effort on outlining requirements on the front end and would spend less time understanding why expectations were not achieved on tge back end.
