You are able to set your own workload and pick your own assignments. The pay is good and directly tied in an objective manner to how much you contribute. You have a direct impact on the individuals and corporations the company serves.
Cons
Assignments are primarily short-term consulting and training engagements with very little hands-on work. There are no teams in the traditional since as everyone is very experienced and mostly working on individual assignments or loosely collaborating on larger engagements.
