Pros
Your co-workers are generally nice people and are you personally are given enough independence to complete the job. Great work/life balance with working from home opportunities. The customers are wide and varied allowing for extended range of experience. Training allowance can be used as well.
Cons
Currently massive amounts of staff leaving, which defeats the positive points about 'nice co-workers'. Lacking strong leadership, and more-so any technical leadership at all. Even with company turmoil, communication moved to shadow IT and leadership allowed rumors to spread. Culture and values have also fallen by the wayside and customers may have been affected. Staff are very much effected. Enumeration has been below market rates during all times of my employment.
