Great place to advance your career.. If you’re currently working at a fast food restaurant, gas station, or in a coal mine. If this is you DON'T be intimated to apply for a title you’ve never heard of, your chances of getting hired are far greater than you expect. Be forewarned though, even though there will be a small increase in income, your work will be far less rewarding.
Another big pro management is willing to tell you things are great, regardless of how they actually are.. and if you’re a glass half full type that’s willing to accept a never ending string of empty platitudes as a sign your with a good company with a bright future you can have as many as you like! In fact after the recent round of layoffs I’m sure those that survived will be served up an extra helping of “great things are just around the corner!”
Very low expectations of their employees, just show up match the expected work hours, sit in your cube, do the bare minimum and don’t ask your manager for anything that will cause them to lift a finger or spend a dime and you can probably just sit there and count sheep as long as you leave something work related on your monitor. That is when your boss is in the office.. PLENTY of the ‘executive’ team have jobs elsewhere, check them out on linkedin!
