      Great potential....but need to diversify portfolio to hedge on unwanted risk and expand vision to be more competitive

      Collaborative culture, transparent leadership, full autonomy, fiscally conservative risk-taking, values data over opinions, low bureaucracy

      Narrow vision, gaps in sales execution, misguided understanding on competitive positioning, poor forecasting, BATNA lacking, missing urgency w/ united strategic & tactical direction

      Pros

      Convey is the real deal, and what every smart person who wants to make an impact hopes for in a startup. The leadership team is hands-down the best I've ever worked with, and this quality extends throughout the organization. I pinch myself daily for being lucky enough to work here. Everyone here is smart, talented, generous, and real... you'll find none of the usual ego and self-importance that plague fast-growth startups these days. Lots of opportunity and upside for growth, and the core product fills a real need in the world of eCommerce delivery experience. Excited to see what the next few years hold!!

      None that I can think of - and this is coming from someone who doesn't usually drink from the communal Kool-Aid.
