      Pros

      There is a wonderful envoirment at Coor and the freedom to plan your own time is fantastic! I've made great friends at Coor over the years

      Cons

      They don't look out for their employees enough. You will be pushed into unwanted situations, underpaid and stopped in your willingness to progress.

      Pros

      Your coworkers are equally worn down, frustrated and fed up so exchanging stories of mistreatment becomes a bonding experience.

      Cons

      Management does not care about it's staff, agreed hours are not honored by management, you will get snide remarks if ever calling in sick, bosses do not take responsibility for their own mistakes but will blame employees for them, if you dare to open your mouth and try to bring up any complaints you will receive poor treatment from management. Pay is not good and any questions about getting a raise even after two and half years will be ignored. If you do not try to defend your rights you will be considered a good worker bee but then will also be blatantly used by the company.

      Pros

      The combination of working with large customers and the responsibility for each contract to deliver the services thier custumers is a good business model.

      Cons

      The economical focus may interfere with the potential opportunities for technical improvements. Therefore a better understanding for research in the business area would be very good in the future development of the business.
