Cons

Small team that will not onboard new employees. HR does not exist. It is one person. Their COO. SME's gatekeep their knowledge. Constant turnover. Appalling lack of internal structure or standards. Startup/Improv mentality that is very misplaced. Product is clunky and temperamental.
