I worked at Cosmos Holidays part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Part-time hours 30. Drinking water facilities

    Cons

30mins break, insensitive, informal, young staff members, favoritism, they just want someone on the phones. Not enough sales coming in for you to even know what the commission structure looks like! Tell anyone (in the travel industry) that you work for Cosmos and they'll laugh. the few customers they have are over 60! so good luck trying to get an email from them. Training staff to rob the elderly! they will hire a school leaver just so that they don't have to pay more than 12k salary! Know your worth! non caring environment! team leaders don't know / want to train you! manager is arrogant and only supports those who suck up to her!
